About us: Finaloop is a hyper-growth, tech-enabled accounting startup providing e-commerce and DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) companies with comprehensive financial solutions. We empower businesses to manage their finances with confidence through innovative technology and expert support. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the role of Product Manager. 


This role is ideal for product managers who want to dive deep into the finance stack and transform years of accounting and financial operations know-how into a high-scale, automated tech platform. You will join our core Product team at a well-funded startup, enjoy rapid professional growth, and see your work reach customers in weeks.


Key responsibilities 

  • Plan, design, and ship new features end to end
  • Own the entire product life cycle, from discovery through launch and iteration
  • Monitor user interactions and product performance, turning insights into clear action items
  • Run validations, usability tests, and experiments to ensure quality and impact
  • Conduct customer interviews and market research to inform the roadmap
  • Collaborate daily with Product, R&D, Operations, and Marketing/Sales teams to deliver seamless releases
  • Lead release communications and internal enablement for new features
  • Serve as the product expert, addressing user inquiries and supporting customer-facing teams

Job requirements

  • Product management experience in finance-related domains
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to design and launch products end to end, from discovery through release
  • Proactive team player who can work independently and also lead teams and processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Great-to-have
    • Background in accounting or financial operations
    • Hands-on experience designing, integrating, or leveraging AI-powered products and tools
    • Demonstrated excellence in school, work, or entrepreneurial initiatives
