Product Manager

The ideal candidate will work closely with customers during the onboarding process and throughout their ongoing use of our service to ensure they are well-educated on the platform's capabilities and are fully utilizing its features. This role requires strong customer-facing skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Key responsabilites 

• Monitoring user interactions with the product and identifying actionable improvements
• Monitoring and tracking product behavior and performance
• Conducting product validations/tests
• Engaging in product research, including exploring future features and participating in user/product calls
• Collaborating with all teams at Finaloop, including Product, R&D, Operations, and Marketing/Sales
• Leading feature release processes
• Contributing to the product design and development processes
• Full responsibility for the entire product life cycle
• Addressing user inquiries related to product features

Requirements:

• BA in ACCOUTNING from a leading institute. Distinction is an advantage
• Detailed-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in designing and executing end-to-end processes
• Proactive team player who can work independently, but also lead teams and processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Advantages: Experience with Excel and/or data analysis tools, product management experience
