We empower businesses to manage their finances with confidence through innovative technology and expert support. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Performance Marketing to lead all aspects of our paid marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new user acquisition through strategic planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Manage large paid marketing budgets effectively, optimizing spend across multiple channels to achieve KPIs and ROI targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and success to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis and performance tracking to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous optimization.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to maintain a competitive edge.

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on managing large budgets across various channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn).
  • Proven track record of driving successful user acquisition and revenue growth through paid marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Experience working in or marketing to e-commerce or DTC industries is a big plus.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving measurable impact and continuous improvement.
