About us: Finaloop is a hyper-growth, tech-enabled accounting startup providing e-commerce and DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) companies with comprehensive financial solutions. We empower businesses to manage their finances with confidence through innovative technology and expert support. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the role of Head of Partnerships. The ideal candidate will lead all aspects of our partnership program with accounting firms, as well as our tech partnerships efforts. 

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive growth and enhance Finaloop's value proposition through strategic alliances.
  • Identify, engage, and establish relationships with potential accounting and tech partners that align with Finaloop's business goals and objectives.
  • Manage existing partnerships, ensuring mutual value creation and strong, ongoing collaboration.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, sales, and customer success, to integrate partner solutions and deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, including terms, pricing, and deliverables, to ensure favorable outcomes for Finaloop.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of partnership initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the accounting and tech sectors to inform partnership strategies.
  • Represent Finaloop at industry events, conferences, and meetings to build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in building and leading a partnerships channel for a SaaS company, ideally in the accounting space.

  • Strong understanding of the accounting industry and the unique challenges and opportunities within it.
  • Proven track record of successful business development and partnership management, with the ability to drive growth and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with partners and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and self-driven approach to identifying and pursuing partnership opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
