Job description
Finaloop is reinventing accounting for eCommerce and DTC brands. We're a fast-growing, tech-driven startup providing real-time, automated financial solutions—combining powerful AI with human expertise. Our platform gives fast-scaling brands the clarity they need to grow with confidence, without the mess of spreadsheets or old school outdated accounting tools.
We’re building a company where AI isn’t just a buzzword—it’s embedded into everything we do. We move fast, think big, and keep our customers at the center of every decision.
We're looking for a smart, driven, and resourceful Customer Success Manager to help our customers get the most out of Finaloop from day one. If you’re excited about the intersection of AI, finance, and customer strategy - this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Own Onboarding: Guide new customers through a fast, smooth setup - ensuring Finaloop is tailored to their business model and workflows.
Drive Adoption: Educate customers on how to make data-driven decisions using Finaloop's real-time insights, P&Ls, and cash flow tools.
Build Relationships: Be a strategic partner to your customers - proactively checking in, solving problems, and helping them navigate their financial operations.
Spot Opportunities: Monitor customer usage and identify ways they can get more value from the platform - whether it’s unlocking new features, resolving friction, or adapting to scale.
Be the Voice of the Customer: Channel feedback to our product and engineering teams to continuously improve the Finaloop experience.
Set the Standard: Help shape how we do Customer Success at scale - refining playbooks, tools, and processes as we grow.
Requirements:
3+ years in a Customer Success or account-facing role, ideally at a fast-moving SaaS or fintech startup.
Background in accounting or hands-on experience with financial/analytics tools used by ecommerce brands.
Experience supporting customers at scale—and building strong, proactive relationships across a high-volume book of business.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment where priorities shift quickly.
Strong communicator who can simplify complex topics and make customers feel confident and supported.
Fluent in AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)—you use them daily to optimize your workflow and scale your impact.
Bonus points:
You've worked at a fintech or eComm analytics platform
You’ve helped shape customer journeys, built success playbooks, or partnered closely with product teams on feedback loops.
You’re excited about building and growing with a Series A startup that's changing how brands manage their finances.
