About us: Finaloop is a hyper-growth, tech-enabled accounting startup providing e-commerce and DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) companies with comprehensive financial solutions. We empower businesses to manage their finances with confidence through innovative technology and expert support. We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with prospects to ensure they understand the benefits of Finaloop, how our platform can address their specific use cases and pain points, and how to maximize its features. This role requires strong customer-facing skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles.


  • Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and challenges, and articulate how Finaloop’s solutions can address these effectively.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of the Finaloop platform.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, guiding them through the decision-making process and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment in messaging and to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth transition to the customer success team for onboarding.
  • Provide detailed information and guidance to prospects on how to fully utilize the Finaloop platform to meet their financial management needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in both sales and accounting to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Job requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an account executive role or a similar customer-facing position.
  • Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to address prospect needs.
  • Proactive and customer-focused attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
